With a truly genuine conception and unparalleled beauty all around the property grounds, this boutique Villa boasts outstanding and colorful views over the Caribbean Sea.
Pure Villa Perfecto is the ideal base for discovering the underwater wonders of the Dutch Caribbean island and its World-famous coral reefs. Besides being celebrated as “Divers’ Paradise”, Bonaire is much more than a marine sanctuary: it is also a vibrant, peaceful, pristine, and well-preserved small island bathed by stunning sunsets and enjoying perfect temperatures all year round.
Piet Boon brought his dream to life right next to the sea and just a short drive away from Bonaire’s capital Kralendijk.
Pure Villa Perfecto is an extensive and spacious vacation home, comprising 340 m2 (3659 ft2) of living space.
Enter the property and your eyes will slow down to fully appreciate the pure sophistication of the villa and its furniture designs. This house is made of natural materials with subdued shades, lofty ceilings, and dark stone floors to solidify Boon’s desired feeling for luxury with a cool, barefoot style.
All the expertly crafted living spaces lead out onto beautiful terraces, where you can also find the saltwater swimming pool and your very own private access to the Caribbean Sea.
The open-air living room is located at the heart of the house and it comes with a minimalistic and significant decor, modern furnishings and elegant pieces that you will not find elsewhere.
Her backyard is made up of a multi-level terrace where you can spend a glorious afternoon reading under the thatch-roofed gazebo, enjoying a barbecue in the grill area or relaxing in the swimming pool.
Next to the pool you have a deck with steps to access the calm turquoise waters that embrace Bonaire and its fantastic tropical weather every month of the year.
You will find the kitchen on the first floor: spacious and fully equipped, made for poetry and opening up onto a deck designed with top open air dining facilities.

She has four uniquely designed bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight guests (all of the rooms include double beds, air conditioning and mosquito nets)

- One of them is the Master Suite, that comes with an ensuite bathroom with shower; there is another one that has a small bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms that share bathroom, also with shower

A tourist tax of $75 per visit to Bonaire applies to all non-residents aged 13 and older. The tourist tax can be paid online in advance or upon arrival

Payment conditions
Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 25% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before the day of arrival
If your booking is made within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.

At arrival, a deposit authorization will be taken from your credit card of 500,00 USD (no AMEX) as a security deposit.

Location
Villa Perfecto is a beautiful spacious Villa, situated directly Oceanfront. Located at Punt Vierkant, on the South West side of the island.
In addition to a great deal of privacy, the villa offers a great panoramic view over the clear blue Caribbean Sea.
Punt Vierkant marks the start of the double reef of Bonaire. In the shallow areas you will encounter a mix of hard and soft coral also brain and fire coral. The inner reef slopes down to about 25 meters where it forms a sand channel with the outer reef.
On the South side you can clearly observe the transition in coral species between the inner and outer reef.
Fun fact is that the resort is situated within walking distance of our other Pure Villas; Karibuni, the more inland “Boon House” and the adjacent luxury Delfin’s Beach Resort.
A combination rental is a nice option if not everyone in your company wants to stay in a Private Villa, but wants to enjoy the services and dining experiences of Delfin’s.
