Situated in the small village of Brejos Da Carreguiera de Cima, at only a 10 minute drive from the oceanside, you can find Pure Villa Parus. A beautifully sophisticated minimalistic house with vaulted ceilings and massive windows.
Pure Villa Parus is a one level Villa with all rooms and amenities on the same floor. Once closing the front door behind you, you will enter spacious living room annex kitchen en dining room. With her open living plan, she really gives you that spacious feeling and still feel connected with your surroundings because of the large windows all around.
Find time and space for relaxation in Pure Villa Parus’s living room at one of the comfortable couches, enjoy a lovely dinner at the big dining table, or your morning coffee at the bar in the fully equipped kitchen.
Outside you will find a pool with sun beds, an outside dining area with bbq and an outdoor shower.
For more Families or Friends traveling together, Villa Parus can very well be combined with neighboring Villas Pimenteira, Pine Forest, Brejos and Maravilha as they are all located in the same neighborhood at walking distance from each other.
Home truth:
Despite her highly desired location close to one of Comporta’s most amazing beaches, Parus is not totally secluded. She is situated on a corner lot overlooking trees and fields and has some neighboring homes. However, the view from the backyard is beautiful over the never ending pine fields and she is located at the end of the street, so you still will enjoy a lot of privacy.
Rooms
The villa consist of 4 bedrooms in total:
– Three bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has two single beds.
In this bedroom you will also find a comfortable bunk bed on the mezzanine, to be entered with a wooden staircase.
There are 4 bathrooms in the villa; One with a rain shower, double sink, toilet and bathtub. The three other bathrooms include a shower, single sink and toilet.

Booking conditions
Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 50% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival
When your booking is made within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore recommend a comprehensive travel insurance

Deposit
A damage deposit of 1000 euros is required. If no damages have to settled, it will be returned to you within a week after your return

Praia da Comporta and the popular beaches of Carvalhal and Pego.
