Painted in white, the house combines an impressive creation of contemporary architecture with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and top-quality furnishings. After passing Nova’s wooden entrance, and driving the pathway leading to the main house you will be stunned at the first sight of this home. Majestic yet totally blended in the natural surroundings of her private pine forest.
On the first floor of this imposing 350 SQ MT home, you find the imposing living room with dining, separated by a two-sided wood burning fireplace to make a large open gathering area of 80 square meters. Her kitchen is American style and opens onto the dining area.
Two big white sofas in the living room and a glass dining table on the other side of the fireplace blend beautifully with the floor, staircase and kitchen bar all featuring a polished grey surface.
The staircase brings you up to the MEDIA / TV room on the mezzanine, overlooking the imposing living room. This area is adjacent to a spacious bedroom.
This area comprises a big white sofa and other comfortable furniture ready to accommodate kids and adults for TV-watching, usage of DVD player,
I-Pod, or playing the electric drum and guitar set. So much fun for all!
Guests staying at Nova also have at their disposal the beautiful swimming pool, surrounded by a teak wooden deck with umbrella and multiple sun beds.
Next to this pool area you find it’s football and volleyball field plus great children’s playground.
A stay at Pure Villa Nova allows you to enjoy a lovely evening dinner around the kitchen glass table inside, or on the outside deck where there is a table for 12 guests plus sofas.
The deck is beautifully located in the garden just in front of the house and is surrounded by pine trees. A small path will lead you through the trees, down to the Villa’s private swimming pool.
The villa also offers several bicycles (in different sizes) that can take you around the spectacular, green and colorful landscape surrounding.
Rooms
The main house is composed of five beautiful bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, of which one of the bedrooms, the ‘children’s room’ accommodates most comfortably four children in bunk beds, making this a fun house for kids!
The Master bedroom offers a Queen-size bed whereas two other bedrooms feature single beds, which – if required – can be formed into doubles.
The fifth bedroom comes with a double bed with bathroom ensuite.

The bedrooms vary in size; each one is outfitted with comfortable beds with fine linens and air conditioning.

We ask you to plan your arrival from 5:00pm and check out on the day of departure is before 10:00am
Arrival preferably on Saturdays and with a minimum stay of 7 days in high season (please inquire about exceptions outside the Summer months)

Booking conditions
Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival.
When your booking is made within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 8 weeks before arrival, 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. If canceled between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total rental amount will still be refunded. We always recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance.
A damage deposit of 1000 euros is required. The deposit must be paid with the balance payment 6 weeks before arrival. Refund will be made on your account within 7 days after leaving the house.
For Covid-19 related cancellations, we grant an attractive cancellation policy. Ask us for the detailed conditions.

Location
Pure Villa Nova is located in Muda, a small hamlet in the Comporta area, 1h15min from Lisbon by car and 15 min from the nearest village, Carvalhal.
The beautiful beaches of Pego and Carvalhal are only a 15 min drive away. The village of Comporta is 20 min away by car as well as the town of Grândola.
