An introduction...

We are in love with Pure Villa Melusina.. This early 19th century luxury house has recently been renovated, strictly maintaining the typical style of the region’s country houses. Much attention has been lavished on the interiors to give the feeling of elegance, yet also maintaining the feel of a family home.

The villa consists of two floors, both equally tastefully decorated. Colors are muted and peaceful, all rooms are beautifully styled with quality fabrics and antiques.

The Ground Floor features a spacious living room, with large windows facing direct access to the beautiful garden. This part of the house divided into a dining room – comes with a with a large dining table that can accommodate up to 12 persons. The living area is so comfortable, here you can fully relax on the comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace.
Here you also find a bathroom, a small laundry room, a beautiful airconditioned bedroom and modern kitchen, to prepare your favorite Italian meals. You can choose to have lunch in the indoor dining room, or outside in the garden, where you will have a barbecue for grilling.

Your reach the Upper Floor through an internal staircase. Here you find a bathroom and three other airconditioned bedrooms, of which one of them comes with its private bathroom (with walk-in shower, toilet and sink) and a lovely terrace overlooking the beautiful landscape of the Sibillini mountains and the surrounding countryside.

In addition to the existing 4 bedrooms, the house has opened a “Suite Dependance” since this year to accommodate two additional guests. This lovely Suite comes with a King sized bed, bathroom and private living room with kitchenette.

Villa Melusina makes the most of its expansive views with wrap around terraces, creating intimate areas for dining or just relaxing. Surrounded by ancient stones and ancient olive trees, you will enjoy the mountain sun, the swimming pool and the relaxation area with whirlpool.
Truly, a wonderful location from which to explore the Marche Countryside.

Villa Melusina is located on Contrada Fanà, just 1 km from the town of Comunanza (448 meters above sea level) at the foot of the majestic Sibillini mountains, in the central Italian Apennines,
just a 25 minutes drive to the oceanside. The house has recently been renovated, strictly maintaining the typical style of the region’s country houses.

Le Marche is a beautiful region of central Italy, washed by Adriatic Sea to the east and by the mountains of the central Apennines to the west. It is rich in places to visit and is dotted with pretty medieval villages that have kept their ancient architecture intact.
In recent years it has become the favorite destination of many tourists, coming from all over the world, who love to immerse themselves in our tradition, discover our artistic heritage and participate in the cultural events that regularly take place.
