While exploring the most special and Pure Villas on Bali, we were amazed by the style and luxury of the still undiscovered Pure Villa Lantangan. Near the quiet fisherman’s village of Seseh lies Lantangan directly oceanfront in total privacy. Her extensive grounds and airy design offer an unparalleled sense of tranquility.
If you are looking for a truly luxurious property, a romantic private retreat, a child-friendly accommodation, a beach paradise, or just one of the most beautiful locations for a holiday on Bali, we are proud to offer you our Pure Villa Lantangan.
She’s built on over seven thousand square meter land with a panoramic view over the ocean and lush gardens just next to the famous Tanah Lot Temple. The land is 15m above sea level, and offers a truly spectacular sunset. Once you are in this villa you do not wish to leave.
The villa faces south giving you a panoramic view of the sea and Nyanyi Beach. To the East, the land is bordered by Tantangan River with bountiful bird and wildlife. To the north, views of the paddies and on the horizon, the majestic volcanoes of central Bali. Nyanyi Beach is reached directly from the house through a small, typical Balinese gate at the bottom of the garden.
PURE GREEN
Lantangan has been designed to minimize its energy consumption. For example, the living area is completely open to help natural ventilation and the flat roofs have been planted with shrubs for heat insulation. The owners however haven’t made any compromise on the comfort and the quality of the lighting of the house and garden. The latter has been designed by a professional using LED all around. There is a generator located in a soundproofed room at the back of the house, which acts as a back up source of energy if necessary.
GARDEN
The large garden is designed by landscape artist John Pettigrew, a resident of Bali for almost 20 years. It has been planted with numerous mature trees, shrubs, and flowers. Lantangan also has a unique dry garden on the West side with rare cactus and interesting stone landscaping. There are three full time gardeners around to make sure it stays beautiful all year round.
Finally the Villa offers a closed living or media room in case you want to watch TV in the comfort of an air conditioned room.
Bedrooms
Pure Villa Lantangan has three amazing bedrooms;
The “Beach View room” is 80 sqm and located on the east side of the land. It has two lounging terraces, one facing the river and the other facing the garden leading to the beach. It comes with a King-size bed, a small lounging area and a writing desk. The bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower room, toilet and a walk-in closet. In addition there is a large storage space for the luggage.
The “Temple View room”, also located on the east side of the land, is 55 sqm and features a large lounging terrace facing the river and the temple. It has twin beds that can be put together to form a King-size bed. Between the bedroom and the bathroom, there is a large walk through closet. The bathroom has an open feel and we nicknamed it ‘The Jungle Bathroom’. It is equipped with bathtub, separate shower space and separate toilet.
The “Sea View room” sits on a more elevated position, on the west side of the land and has fantastic views of the sea and the beach. Covering an area of 48 sqm, this room is slightly smaller than the other ones. It features one Queen-size bed, a separate dressing area and a bathroom with separate shower area and toilet.
Weddings and Events at Pure Villa Lantangan
Maximum guests (main event): 30 seated or 40 for cocktails, only with approval by agency
Min stay: 3 nights (low season); 5 nights (high season); 5 nights (peak season)
Event fees: US$ 1,000 ++ plus Between IDR 3,500,000 and IDR 5,000,000 Local Community Banjar Fee
Security deposit: will vary between US $500 to US $1000
Curfews: 12:00am for live bands, DJs or amplified music

Minimum stay of In low Season, a 2 nights stay is required for Friday to Saturday nights inclusive stays. No minimum night stay required for Sunday to Thursday nights inclusive stays.
Check-in from 2:00pm we ask you to leave the house before 11:30am on the day of departure
The Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets). All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance.

Additional baby cot is charged at USD 10,00 per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD 5 per unit per day

Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. Depending on the number of guests, this amount will vary between USD 500- 1,000. This amount will be used to cover cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.

Location
Villa Lantangan is unique because it is, to our knowledge, the first beach villa in Bali of this size to be completely off the grid. The house has been designed by the architect to minimize its energy consumption.
This private Villa is accessed though the small village of Beraban, the last 3 km (about 10 minutes) you will experience a typical drive through the rice fields. A more adventurous access is also possible by the beach.
