The villa consists of three spacious bedrooms with high-class bedding and four luxurious bathrooms with shower.
The comfortable beds and quiet setting guarantee long nights of uninterrupted sleep, while waking up to the sound of the ocean.
For your ‘at-home’ cooking adventures, you can use the fully equipped kitchen inside or the extra cooking facilities, like a grill and Tepanyaki plate on the open-air porch.

Ground floor:
Here you can find two of the bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with air-condintioning and mosquito nets. These bedrooms also have double doors opening up to the outside terrace and pool area.
First floor:
On the first floor you can find the third bedroom, the Master with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also has airconditioning and a mosquito net. From here you can enter the open-air living room and kitchen.

A tourist tax of $75 per visit to Bonaire applies to all non-residents aged 13 and older. The tourist tax can be paid online in advance or upon arrival

Booking conditions
Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 25% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before the day of arrival
If your booking is made within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
At arrival, a deposit authorization will be taken from your credit card of 500,00 USD (no AMEX) as a security deposit.

Location
Villa Kiki is a beautiful spacious Villa, situated directly Oceanfront. Located at the EEG-Boulevard – on the main road towards punt Vierkant-, on the South West side of the island.
In addition to a great deal of privacy, the villa offers a great panoramic view over the clear blue Caribbean Sea.
This part of the island marks the start of the double reef of Bonaire. In the shallow areas you will encounter a mix of hard and soft coral also brain and fire coral. The inner reef slopes down to about 25 meters where it forms a sand channel with the outer reef.
On the South side you can clearly observe the transition in coral species between the inner and outer reef.
