An introduction
Pure Villa Beleza, situated between Comporta Village, pine forests and sand dunes, is a stylish and modern villa for 8(+2) guests. Decorated with great attention and a eye for design, this villa has a spacious outdoor with private pool. This place is perfect for two families or a larger group of friends, who value design, tranquility and space.
From the living room you have a beautiful view of the Pine forests. Through the many windows and large sliding doors, the indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly together.
The living room is a relaxing place with a comfortable sitting area with wood stove and playful furniture.
The open kitchen is well equipped and has a bar annex cooking island where guests can enjoy an aperitif while cooking.
There are a total of 4 spacious airconditioned bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds and two with spacious ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The other bedroom is a “childrens room” and comes with two adult sized single beds (with roll-out function for two more children to accommodate) and has its own bathroom.
Outside you will find the covered wooden terrace with lounge area and dining table, perfect for an al-fresco lunch or dinner. For summer coolness, you can take a dip in the refreshing pool and then sit on the sunbeds and lounge seats.
The location is ideal for a stay on the Portuguese coast, away from the hustle and bustle, yet just around the corner from Comporta Village, the popular beaches and charming Portuguese villages and towns.
The house:
– Spacious living room with sitting area, wood stove, contemporary furniture, TV and 180 degree views of the pine forest.
– Open kitchen with cooking island annex bar and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with: a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and further cooking utensils. A basic shopping packages is included in the rental.
– 4 bedrooms; 2 ensuite double bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 more on the 1st floor that share one bathroom, one with a double bed and a balcony with a beautiful general view and one children bedroom with 2 single beds -and possibility of having 2 more children- by sliding out the under beds.
Outside:
– Large wooden terrace lounge area and dining table. The seating area of the terrace is covered.
– Private swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and lounge seats
– There is parking space on the property. You can also park on the quiet street outside the property.

Booking conditions
The house is available for weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday between July and August. Outside these two months the property can be rented it for a minimum of 4 nights.
Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival.
If your booking is made within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
A damage deposit of 1500 Euros is required. We kindly ask you to pay the deposit with the final balance payment. Refund will be made on your account within 7 days after leaving the house and no damage has been detected.

This stylish holiday home is located in “Aldeia do Possanco”. A relaxing quiet residential area, very close to Comporta village and it’s white sandy beaches, Praia da Comporta.
