With 450 sqm of living space and a plot of 1.5 hectares, Almendro is one of the largest & most luxurious villas in Ibiza. Designed to integrate the best of in and outdoor living. An elegant retreat uniting comfort and luxury yet done in a very tranquil fashion.
The villa contains 4 bedrooms en-suite including a 60m2 Master bedroom with its own seating area, two dressing rooms and a library for quiet private moments. The three en-suite bedrooms are completed with outside showers and give direct access to the lush garden.
Almendros has a very spacious living area, perfect for entertaining guests, complete with a bar, large dining table, separate eating area and a lovely fireplace. In our opinion, a villa with the most advanced kitchen appliances available on the market today. The kitchen is even suitable for a TV cooking program.
The villa has all the facilities you could imagine; This includes air conditioning, cool stone floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and bespoke sliding doors that disappear into the walls create a fantastic living space that seamlessly flows from inside to outside space. An exterior Sound System is installed to play ambient music until midnight.
At nights, the villa features a spectacular spectrum of colors with lighting effects on the trees, plants, swimming pool
and terrace.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house
Check-in from 5:00pm we ask you to leave the house before 10:00am on the day of departure
Arrival on Saturdays with a all year minimum stay of 7 nights (please inquire about exceptions outside the mid- and high season months)

Booking conditions
You may cancel your reservation (for 2020 or 2021) free of charge until December 18, 2020. only valid for newly made bookings from October 01,2020.
Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival.
If your booking is make within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival, 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. If canceled between 6 and 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total rental amount will still be refunded. We always recommend taking out travel insurance.
For Covid-19 related cancellations, we grant a full-cancellation policy. Ask us for the detailed conditions.

Damage deposit
A damage deposit of 5000 euros is required. If no damages have to settled, it will be returned to you within a week after your departure.

Location
The Villa is located in San Josep, only 5 minutes away from the somewhat famous “Cala Tarida beach”.
It is just a short 20 minute drive from the airport.
San José (Sant Josep de Sa Talaia) is the largest municipality in Ibiza and is located on and between the hills in the southwest of the island.
In the municipality you find five villages; San José, Sant Jordi de ses Salines, Es Cubells, Sant Francesc de s’Estany and Sant Agusté des Vedrà.
It takes its name from Sa Talaia, Ibiza’s highest mountain. At its highest point, the mountain is 475 meters and from here you have a beautiful view.
Fun fact: Sports enthusiasts can climb the mountain on foot. This is a relatively easy climb, but you can also reach the top
by car.
TIP:
Take the time to discover the beautiful bays in the Southwest of the island. For example, visit the cute Cala Vadella, surrounded by rocks or the clear waters of Sa Caleta. And there are many, many more beautiful beaches to see!
