An Introduction...
This masterpiece was designed by architect Pedro Domingos near Agostos, on the site of a ruin. The same architect who created Agostos’ sister house Pure Villa Luum.
Situated in the hilly hinterland of the algarve region in Southern Portugal, near the picturesque village of Santa Bárbara de Nexe. Between the green knotty olive-trees the long-extended building shines brightly in white. Once rundown and neglected, this traditional house has been rebuilt and extended by an annex.
The original structure features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while new wing houses a large living room with a fireplace. The old and new buildings are connected by the central entrance area. There is a seamless flow between the rooms and large windows open them out to the garden.
The minimalist interior design, the concrete flooring and linear shapes combine to create a pleasant modern ambience. The house has several patios, terraces, and a rooftop terrace with beautiful views over the hills of the surrounding nature reserve.
The 15-meter-long pool in the garden is built into a large concrete block, which partly sinks into the ground and defines the border of the property.

Bed- and bath linens are not included in your rental. You pay a (mandatory) extra amount for cleaning + linen / towels (150 euros per week)
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed
Check-in is from 4:00pm and we ask you to leave the house before 11:00am on the day of your departure
Arrival on Sundays with a minimum stay of 7 days in High and Mid- season (please inquire about exceptions in Low season)

Booking conditions
Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 50% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 12 weeks before the day of arrival.
If your booking is make within 12 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival, 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. If canceled between 6 and 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total rental amount will still be refunded. We always recommend taking out travel insurance.
For Covid-19 related cancellations, we grant a comfortable policy. Ask us for the detailed conditions.

Damage deposit
The damage deposit is 750 euros and must be paid in cash on the spot. Upon departure, the deposit (in case of no damages) will be returned to the villa manager.

The house is located a few minutes from the picturesque village of Santa Barbara de Nexe in the Alentejo, within a short distance to the coast and downtown Faro.
Situated is on the doorstep of the Ria Formosa nature reserve, beaches and the region’s feted wineries. Completely encompassed by nature, nestled among hundreds of olive, almond and cork trees.
The rural surroundings and the proximity to the many attractions of the Algarve make it the perfect destination for a holiday with family or friends.
