For families staying with more than 6 persons, the main house can very well be combined with the detached full apartment. Both offer total accommodation for 8 guests.
The lovely apartment is located directly next to the main house and therefore does not feel closed off from it, but does provide great privacy though. An ideal setting..

Rooms
Colibri’s main Villa is composed of three beautiful bedrooms with two bathrooms.
The Master bedroom offers an King-size bed (180×210) and bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.
The second bedroom comes with a double bed (180×210) and the third bedroom features two single beds (90×210), which – if required – can be formed into a double.
The second bathroom is shared with these two bedrooms and also comes with a toilet, shower and sink.
The separate Apartment comes with a luxury bedroom with King size bed (180×200) and full private bathroom, with toilet, shower and sink.
Each one the bedrooms is outfitted with comfortable beds, fine linens, double hotel pillows and air conditioning.

Children over the age of 12 are very welcome here
Smoking is not allowed in- and outside of the house
Check-in from 4:00pm we ask you to leave the house before 11:00am on the day of departure
The apartment is never rented separately
On request, the owner rents out their Luxury rental car [Toyota 4runner - 7 seater]
The rental car costs $115 per day. After the villa reservation, the owner can be contacted to discuss the conditions and prices of the rental car.
There is front-door security system plus a second alarm system, connected to Jan Thiel's security that surrounds the area

Booking conditions
The minimum duration of stay is 7 nights [Christmas holiday minimum of 14 nights]
Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 25% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before the day of arrival
If your booking is made within 8 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
At arrival, a deposit authorization will be taken from your credit card of 750,00 USD (no AMEX) as a security deposit.
