Pure Villa do Sal is a modern luxury villa, suitable for families wishing to delight from the unique Comporta’ lifestyle and its magnificent beaches, specially located to benefit from sun exposure all day long and beautiful sunsets, and designed to provide total privacy to our guests…

This amazing property is located between the villages of Comporta (access to Comporta beach) and Carvalhal (access to Pego and Carvalhal beaches), in a stunning quite setting facing a prairie that stretches to the beautiful pine forest.

In-house living areas :
The house comes with a large and bright living room, including a dining area with a table for 8 to 10 persons, a living area with two large and comfortable sofas (with a wood stove), and a fully equipped kitchen.
Access to the outside living area is made via two huge windows with mosquito protection systems.

For greater privacy, the large plasma screen with cable TV with comfortable sofa, and a working area with a computer can be found near the living area, in a separate area.

Bedrooms :
Pure Villa do sal comes with five bedrooms, all with access to the outside and with blackout blind systems.

– Master Suite with a queen size bed and large bathroom (with cable TV)
– Bedroom with a queen size bed (can be converted into two single beds)
– Bedroom with two single beds (can be converted to a queen size bed)
– Bedroom with two single beds (perfect for kids!)
– Suite with a single bed and a bathroom (ideal for private maid)
* All exterior access doors contain a mosquito protection system.

Outside :
It comprises a large space with five different zones, partly on two large wooden decks and partly on grass:
– Covered dining area with a large table for 12 people and with access to barbecue set with a Kamado BBQ and a Ooni pizza oven.
– Living area with four sofas (two double sofas and two singles sofas).
– Pool area with two comfort areas with loungers & deck chairs, one uncovered and the other under a wooden pergola.
– Heated water swimming pool of about 20 square meters with outdoor shower.
– Large terrace at the top of the house with splendid views of the prairie and spacious comfort and living area.
– Generously sized garden bordering the pool (ideal for children to play).

The entire house is surrounded by a path of wooden stakes, over sand, and with beautiful vegetation.

This great house is located in Brejos da Carregueira de Cima, an uprising small village within a 10 minutes drive from Comporta Village /
Praia da Comporta and the popular beaches of Carvalhal and Pego.
