This contemporary villa, designed by the award winning Dutch designer Piet Boon, is surrounded by lush palm gardens around the XL swimming pool. A little island hide-away with that chill vibe that our guests love about Bonaire.
Our guests in the villa have enough space around them to enjoy shade or sunshine, a colorful hammock in the garden, private yoga classes alongside the pool or a chef to prepare a catch-of-the-day BBQ for them: it all can be part of the Kas Flamingo experience.
A perfect retreat…
The house has been made of natural materials with subdued shades, private garden, lofty ceilings, and dark stone floors to solidify Boon’s desired feeling for luxury with a cool, barefoot style. It offers a perfect retreat for even the most discerning guests. Privacy and ideal positioning to the sun and sea are secured.
Indoor and outdoor living merge seamlessly and making this property a true house in the tropics where our guests can entertain and enjoy. Villa Flamingo is situated at the south side of ‘Punt Vierkant’, just 80 meters from the seafront and opposite of the ‘Delfins Beach Resort’. It is close to several dive sites and kitesurfing beach Atlantis and the town of Kralendijk.

A total of 4 spacious double rooms and 3.5 bathrooms are available for maximum of 8 guests. All rooms in the villa are positioned in such a manner to benefit to the fullest of living outdoors. A 380 square meters (4090 ft2) living space piece of Caribbean paradise.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house
Check-in is normally from 4:30pm and we we ask you to leave the house before 10:00am on the day of departure (if we don’t have guests directly after you, late check-out is possible on request)
As of July 1, 2022, a tourist tax of $75 per visit to Bonaire applies to all non-residents aged 13 and older. The tourist tax can be paid online in advance or upon arrival

Booking conditions
Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival
If your booking is made within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore recommend a comprehensive travel insurance

For Diving Lovers
Punt Vierkant is located in a secluded area. The oceans bottom here is flat, making it easy to get in and out of water.
Punt Vierkant (Point Square) marks the beginning of the double reef of Bonaire. In the shallow areas a mix of soft and hard coral can be found, including brain and fire corals. The inner reef descends to about 25 meters, forming a sand channel with the outer reef. On the south side, between the inner and the outer reef, you’ll see a transition of coral species.
