An Introduction...
Our Pure Villa Sunny is an extensive and lovely vacation home. A private high-end luxurious 400m2 Oceanfront Villa with 3 luxurious bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Inspired by island living and the historical salt mine workers houses, the villa was designed in such a way that it would benefit from the wind, allowing the always-prevailing breeze to pass and provide natural cooling.
Build on the Caribbean outdoor way of life all living areas ensuring panoramic views of the clear blue Caribbean Ocean throughout the whole villa and enabling the outside exterior to connect with the inside interior. All combined with your very own private access to the Caribbean Sea.
The Gourmet Kitchen and sitting area are all equipped with the very best appliances and designer lounge furniture.
The open-air living room is located at the heart of the house and it comes with a minimalistic and significant decor. this light space flows into a lovely terrace, where you can spend a glorious afternoon reading under the thatch-roofed gazebo, enjoying a barbecue in the grill area or relaxing in the swimming pool.
Another great thing here is that the terrace gives direct access to the turquoise waters that embrace Bonaire and its fantastic tropical weather every month of the year.
The house comes with three uniquely designed bedrooms that can accommodate up to six guests (all of the rooms include double beds, air conditioning and
mosquito nets).
For more Families or Friends traveling together, Villa 72 & Sunny can very well be combined with neighboring Villa Chapin. Both houses offer total accommodation for 12 guests. With a hardwood connecting door, a direct passage from the terraces can be created.

Cleaning policy: Before you arrive, the villa will be completely and thoroughly cleaned. We charge a standard of $ 250 for final cleaning and any interim cleaning on request.

Booking conditions
Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival.
If your booking is make within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival, 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. If canceled between 6 and 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total rental amount will still be refunded. We always recommend taking out travel insurance.
For Covid-19 related cancellations, we grant a full flexible cancellation policy. Ask us for the detailed conditions.

Deposit
The damage deposit is 750 USD and must be paid in cash on the spot. Upon departure, the deposit (in case of no damages) will be returned to the villa manager.

Location
Villa Sunny is beautifully situated directly Oceanfront. Located at the EEG-Boulevard – on the main road towards punt Vierkant-, on the South West side of the island.
In addition to a great deal of privacy, the villa offers a great panoramic view over the clear blue Caribbean Sea.
This part of the island marks the start of the double reef of Bonaire. In the shallow areas you will encounter a mix of hard and soft coral also brain and fire coral. The inner reef slopes down to about 25 meters where it forms a sand channel with the outer reef.
On the South side you can clearly observe the transition in coral species between the inner and outer reef.
